LEXINGTON, KY

Signature Apartments is a 280-bed student housing community at the University of Kentucky that was developed, constructed, managed, and owned by Homestead Companies.

Entirety of the project began in initial development phase through opening and completion. Assets included full branding and identity system, facilitation of 3D property renderings and 3D floor plans through the interpretation of architectural drawings, print and digital marketing collateral, interior and exterior experiential signage design, promotional material, and furnishing of model unit.

Marketing initiatives contributed to $6.3 million in revenue for the property, 1 million+ impressions in the first four months of launching lease-up campaign, and achieving budgeted occupancy two months ahead of schedule.
