Stella Apartments is the preferred community for those who desire a dynamic social scene surrounded by Columbus’s most vibrant restaurants and nightlife. Homestead Companies developed, constructed, managed, and owned the brand new community located in Italian Village in Columbus, OH.

The project began in initial development phase through opening and completion. Assets included full branding and identity system, facilitation of 3D floor plans through the interpretation of architectural drawings, print marketing collateral, and exterior signage among others. Branding compliments its neighboring sister property, Lusso, in which they offer Italian-inspired identity systems but differing features, finishes, and strategies.
